Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania Samia Suluhu Hassan has instructed judges and magistrates women across the country to fight effectively in tackling corruption, sexual abuse and sexual abuse to help women get their rights basis and without discrimination in society.
Settlement Vice President Samia Hassan has issued the directive in Dar es Salaam when he opened the eighth General Assembly of the Association of Judges and Magistrates women Tanzania (TAWJA).
The Vice President also warned about sexual corruption done by some of the actors who have been authorized to say such behavior is bad and should ikomeshwa once in the community.
She said that such acts of sexual abuse and impeded efforts to restrict women's access to social services and governmental accordingly including education, employment and welfare rights for women.
Moreover Settlement Vice President Samia Hassan thanked the World Association of Women Judges (IAWJ) for his contribution and support TAWJA in a three year program to combat abuse of power and sexual corruption.
The Vice President also commended the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional, UN Women and other stakeholders to support TAWJA fight all forms of discrimination and violence against women and children in the country.
She said human rights education issued by the Association has brought change to many through training and publications and effort that must be added to the service that it can reach out to more people across the country.
She stressed the members of the Association of TAWJA continue to provide support in helping women and children who are oppressed for their deprivation in the community so they can get their rights in the country.
For his part, the Chief Justice of the United Republic of Tanzania Mohamed Chande Othman Vice President has assured that the strategy of consolidation of the activities of the judiciary is well underway aim is to do justice to citizens across the country without discrimination.
The motto of the VIII General Assembly of the Association of Judges and Magistrates Tanzania (TAWJA) "Leading the way to reach the requirement of access to justice for all and on time".
